This recipe never fails to be a hit! Quick to cook and always delicious. Try using different types of crackers or chips to vary the flavor. Our favorite coating is the small square cheese snack crackers called Cheese-Its.

Great recipe! I only used 1/2 cup of butter for 4 large breasts and had lots of butter/egg/flake mix to throw out. For a twist try honey flavored corn flakes. What a great flavor. Keeps the chicken so juicy I couldn't believe it came out of the oven.
