Foster Farms Recipe

INGREDIENTS

6  prepared tostada shells

3  Foster Farms Rotisserie Breast Fillets, shredded

1/3 cup lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  fresh pepper

1 16-oz can refried beans

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

1  avocado, sliced

2 cups refrigerated fresh salsa

1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, mix together the chicken, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and pepper.
Warm refried beans and spread evenly over top of each tostada shell. Sprinkle each tostada with jack cheese. Place on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is lightly browned and melted, about 30 seconds. Divide the tortillas among 6 plates.
Top each tostada with chicken mixture, lettuce, avocado, salsa and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
