Essential Job Functions

1. New Product Development and develop new markets.
2. Manage Farming Operations.
3. Conduct sales to Key Accounts.
4. Environmental and Organic Compliance.
5. Will develop Strategy for Agronomic Resources.

Requirements

1. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business/Agriculture. Advanced degree in Agronomy preferred.
2. Five years extensive retail and/or wholesale sales and marketing experience, emphasis in fertilizer industry preferred.
3. Must have detailed understanding of farming practices and processing.
4. Ability to assimilate and understand technical data.
5. Good interpersonal skills, and must be perceptive and resourceful.
